Gorgeous and heavy dices ! (I like heavy dices)
My fiance LOVES these dice for DND. He says he has used metal dice before and usually they are too heavy and off balance and he says that these are the best metal dice he has ever used! The attention to detail on the dice and dragons inside are so well done and they definitely feel and look high quality. Definitely a need if you play DND and want a new set of unique metal dice!
i got these as a gift and he said he liked it
Quality spill thick dice well worth buying I've gotten beyind my money's worth.
These look great. The Beholder is a bit hard to see. My old eyes only see a tiny grey ball. Maybe you young folk will be able to see the detail better. The grey and blue colors pop and the dice feel sturdy although they are very light weight. I have them as a gift to a friend who is new to RPG and she loves them.
One of my favorite sets by far, I dont use them often but they are very cool to put on display with my other dice. They are pretty heavy, color and detail are amazing, they SEEM balanced to me. Size is normal to any other dice set, reading in low lit room is tricky, but do-able. Great for collecting!
I really love these dice and don't regret picking them up at all! My only gripe is that the beholders lose a lot of their definition at this scale. Obviously, they have to be pretty small to fit in a dice in the first place, but I think the "sculpting" could be a little better defined, and that maybe the paint job slightly takes away from the readability as well. Overall, a cool set of dice that could just be a tiny bit better.
I can't call these "odds-random" dice; there are too many factors that will make each die favor one side or another. But after buying a lot of these, I have to say... I can't help myself...they're little pieces of art. This particular one is better for the model of a dragon is well done--better than others I've bought--and each die is very well done. I would recommend for anyone who likes good artwork. (Yes... a little hard to read...)
